Caroline Dyen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Caroline started their career as a Project Manager at DDB in 2011, followed by a brief role as a Digital Project Manager at NoSite in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Project Manager at MONNIER Frères and as a Media Buyer at Omnicom Media Group France. In 2014, they served as a Communication Officer at Parnasse. Caroline then joined the Institut Léonard de Vinci as a Consultant in 2015. Caroline worked at Deloitte in 2016 as an Innovation Consultant. Caroline then moved to Ametix in 2017, where they worked as a Consultant, performing the role of a Customer Success Manager. In 2018, they joined Sparklane as a Customer Success Manager. Most recently, Caroline has held senior positions at Toucan since 2021, including Head of Customer Success, and currently, Head of Customer Success & Onboarding. Caroline'sresponsibilities include team management, customer relationship management, and the development and implementation of customer success programs aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Caroline Dyen completed their MBA in E-business at Devinci Executive Education from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Master 1 degree in Communication and Marketing of Companies and Brands from ISCOM, which they completed from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a certification in "Intégrer le management d'équipe dans le développement de son activité professionnelle" from the institution Manitude, with an expected completion date in 2023.
