John Martin is the Head of Training & Onboarding at ToucanTech, where they have utilized over 7 years of experience to help the SaaS company transition from a start-up to a thriving scale-up. In this role, John specializes in delivering tailored training and onboarding solutions that empower organizations to build data-driven communities and enhance team engagement. Previously, John held various positions including Team Member at the London Film Museum, Telephone Interviewer at MaritzCX, and Customer Executive at ToucanTech. John earned a Master of Arts in Film Studies from King's College London, where they also completed a Bachelor of Arts in the same field with First Class Honours.
