Roopa Sunku

Roopa Sunku is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Oracle, holding various leadership roles since April 1997, including Vice President of Fusion HCM Technical Program and Release Management, overseeing technical program management and project lifecycle activities. Previously, Roopa served as Senior Director, focusing on feature delivery and compliance for the Fusion HCM suite, as well as Director of Proactive Support, implementing strategies to reduce service demand and enhance customer relationships. Roopa's career also includes roles as a Director in HCM/CRM CoE Support, enhancing support capabilities and implementing problem management strategies, and as a Senior Support Manager, fostering customer satisfaction through innovative operational improvements. Additionally, Roopa currently works as the Chief Evangelist for the Touch-A-Life Foundation and has prior experience as a Night Shift Supervisor at Trans World Airlines and a Subscription Agent at Daily News. Roopa holds a BA in Psychology, Journalism, and English from Bangalore University.
