Michelle L. has extensive experience in the field of community services, currently serving as Deputy Manager for Impact and Research, as well as holding roles as Head of Pre-School Services and Senior Executive for TOUCH Cyber Wellness at TOUCH Community Services since November 2010. Prior to this position, Michelle L. was an Executive at the National Institute of Education, Singapore, from 2006 to 2010. Michelle L. holds a Master of Education from Nanyang Technological University Singapore (2020-2021), a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from The University of Western Australia (2008-2010), and a Diploma in Biotechnology from Singapore Polytechnic (2001-2003).

TOUCH Community Services is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. Since 1992, TOUCH has served people of all ages, races and religions to see sustainable change and transformation in their lives. TOUCH Community Services was awarded the Charity Transparency Awards for the fourth time in 2019 by the Charity Council for exemplary disclosure practices. The win affirmed TOUCH’s commitment to pursuing excellence in transparency and governance and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. Four staff also received the Healthcare Humanity Award (ILTC category) given to outstanding and inspirational healthcare workers in 2019.
