Matt Spencer

Matt leads TLG’s technical operations and is responsible for protype development, circuit board design development, manufacturing, packaging and distribution. Matt brings over 20 years of technical development, operations and leadership with organizations including the Department of Defense, General Dynamics, Northrup Grumman and DataSoft. Matt holds a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Electrical Engineering and two Master’s degrees from Arizona State University in systems engineering and business management. He also holds a Project Management Professional Certication and is an avid reader of leadership material.
