Mohd Halmi Mohd Hassan

Mohd Halmi Mohd Hassan was appointed as Chief Operating Officer on 14 February 2019 and redesignated as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Operations of Touch ‘n Go on 1 June 2021. Halmi is responsible for managing the critical backbone that oversees the organization's ongoing operations via systematic direction and control of processes that transforms the business into finished services for B2C, B2B, and B2G customers. He leads the Operations Division transformation and culture realignment, culminating multiple efforts to enhance service levels, implements higher quality customer experience, and execute company-wide operations streamlining to ensure operating efficiency and effectiveness as well as to support the revenue growth within the Touch ‘n Go Group.

Halmi is an experienced professional, with wide expertise in operations management; process controls and improvements; governance, risk and controls; data and statistical analytics; and continuous control monitoring. His experience ranges from the industry of electronics manufacturing, expressways operations specifically toll operations and electronic payment system.
