Hassan Dhaini

Recognized as a development specialist in his field, Hassan Dhaini counts over 27 years of diverse and challenging experiences in telecommunication.

Currently, the Chief Information and Security Officer at the touch, Dhaini’s career took a leap forward when he joined LibanCell in 1995 as Head of Transmission & Radio Department. He was responsible for all unit functions, team management, improving radio network qualities, and executing the 2.5G mobile network in Lebanon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Armenia, Yemen, among other markets. Moving forward, Dhaini held several positions in different countries, among which Acting CEO and Chief Technical Officer for AfriceCell in Congo DRC, CEO of Comium CI-KoZ in Ivory Coast, Gambia, and CEO of Maxilis Ltd. When Lebanon’s Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA) was established, Dhaini was assigned as a Senior Spectrum Monitoring Expert.

Dhaini has also worked for Motorola, Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Alcatel, TCI , FCC, NTIA, OFCOM and for Siemens in Lebanon, the US, France, the UK, Switzerland, Finland, Spain, the UAE, Romania, and China.

Throughout his career, Dhaini has enjoyed several strategic management and leadership roles. He has been instrumental in creating strong collaborations amongst cross-functional and multi-cultural teams whilst facilitating solutions between businesses.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering with distinction. Dhaini also holds several international certifications and endorsements achieved through numerous training courses and conferences he has attended.
