Senior Product Manager at Touch and Pay

Ayobola Adebayo has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Ayobola started as a Health and Wellness Coordinator for NYSC, where they actively participated in the orientation camp wellness clinic and coordinated clinic patient registration. Ayobola then worked as a Medical Assistant at a military hospital, where their responsibilities included data entry of patient care information and dispensing prescribed medications. Ayobola served as an intern at APIN Public Health Initiative LTD, sensitizing clients on HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases and their implications.

In 2015, Ayobola worked as a Postgraduate Researcher at the Department of Health Policy and Management, Faculty of Public Health, University of Ibadan. Their responsibilities included carrying out both quantitative and qualitative research procedures, as well as designing and drafting data collection tools.

Ayobola joined Acumen in 2017 as a Researcher, serving as a liaison between clients and customers seeking consumer insights. Ayobola compiled primary data for various clients and projects, including Paga.

In 2019, Ayobola worked as a Market Researcher for marketingforimpact, performing stakeholder analysis for the development of the feedcalculator application. Ayobola then joined 60 Decibels as a Research Coordinator, where they served as a liaison between clients and customers seeking consumer insights and compiled primary data for clients, including Rockefeller All on Nigeria.

Since 2020, Ayobola has been working at Touch and Pay Technologies Ltd as a Customer Experience Specialist, creating an exciting onboarding experience for new clients and ensuring clients receive exceptional service while achieving organizational goals. Recently, they have taken on the role of Head of Customer Experience at the same company.

Ayobola Adebayo completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Physiology from the University of Lagos in 2012. Later, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Ibadan. In 2017, Ayobola also studied Leadership and Management in Health (LMIH) at the University of Washington.
