Madison Feinberg

Director of DevOps and Information Security at Touchcast

Madison Feinberg has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2010 as a Tech Help assistant for the Fair Lawn Board of Education. In 2011, they interned as a Computer Forensics Intern with Business Intelligence Associates, Inc. (BIA), where they were involved in data management and verification for litigation purposes, applying IT and engineering principles. They continued interning with BIA in the same capacity in 2012 and 2013.

In 2014, Madison worked as a Testing and Infrastructure Engineer at Livegenic, collaborating with an international team to test mobile apps and maintain a Google Glass application. The following year, they interned as an Intern in the Power Reliability department at PECO Energy, improving power outage analysis tools and ensuring data consistency.

From 2016 to 2017, Madison worked at Urban Outfitters as a Quality Assurance Coop, establishing and maintaining a testing framework for messaging solutions. They also expanded testing coverage and developed time-saving scripts for data update and verification.

In 2017, Madison worked part-time as a Computer Forensics Specialist at BIA, participating in eDiscovery and forensics projects. They joined TouchCast in 2018 as a DevOps Engineer, then transitioned to a Lead DevOps Engineer role in 2019, and currently serves as the Director of DevOps and Information Security from February 2020.

Madison Feinberg attended Fair Lawn High School from 2008 to 2012, where they graduated as a National Honor Society Graduate. During their time there, they focused on general education with an emphasis on computer and technical fields. Following high school, Madison enrolled at Drexel University, studying computer engineering from 2012 to 2017. Madison obtained their Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Engineering. Additionally, Madison holds two additional certifications, including an Amateur Radio License (Extra Class) obtained from the Federal Communications Commission in January 2007, and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification obtained from (ISC)² in September 2021.
