As co-founder of TouchdownCareer since March 2015, AJ has focused on assisting international students in the U.S. with career development through internships across various sectors. AJ also co-founded Touchdown! 拓达咨询 in 2005, leading a team that provides professional admissions consulting to Chinese families targeting top-tier universities. Additional roles include mentorship for start-ups at Chinaccelerator and hosting the Sharks & Dragons podcast, which highlights entrepreneurial stories in China. AJ's earlier career included managerial positions at Deloitte and sales roles at Hitachi and Panasonic. Educational qualifications encompass an MBA in Strategy from Texas McCombs, an Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT, and a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Political Science and East Asian Studies.
