Marilyne Alie has had a diverse work experience, starting their career at L'Oreal S.A. as a Commercial Intern and later becoming a Sales Representative. Marilyne then moved on to Marketel, where they worked as an Assistant Media Strategist before being promoted to the role of Media Strategist. Currently, they are employed at Touché! where they have held various positions, including Media Strategist, Media Supervisor, Group Account Director, Associate Vice President of Strategy, and Vice President of Strategy. Most recently, Marilyne Alie has been appointed as the Managing Director of touché! Toronto.

Marilyne Alie attended Collège Laval, although the start and end year of their education there are unknown. Marilyne later pursued a D.E.C. in Commerce at Vanier College from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they completed a B.A.A. in Marketing at HEC Montréal from 2006 to 2009.
