Ricky Gupta has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ricky is currently working as an Associate Director, Digital Investment at Touché! starting from October 2023. Prior to this, Ricky worked at GTB as a Senior Media Planner, Digital from September 2019 to December 2020. Ricky also worked at The Media Kitchen as an Associate Strategist from October 2018 to September 2019. Ricky has experience in account management and planning at Madison World, where they held roles such as Account Manager, Senior Planning Manager, Planning Manager, and Media Planner from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they worked at J.P. Morgan as a Solutions Assistant from June 2011 to October 2014, and at Oracle Financial Processing Services Ltd as an Analyst from February 2011 to June 2011. Ricky began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate from August 2009 to January 2011, where they worked in the financial services division as a financial service provider for Citi Bank.

Ricky Gupta holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, from 2006 to 2009. Ricky has also obtained various certifications such as the Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional from Facebook in May 2020 and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in April 2020. In 2019, they received the Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations certification and various Trading Academy Certifications from The Trade Desk. Additionally, Ricky obtained the Google Ads Search Certification from Google in November 2018.
