Debbie Custer

Debbie Custer is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient navigation and administrative management. Since 2008, Debbie has served as Program Manager at Touchette Regional Hospital, focusing on reducing barriers for breast cancer patients accessing Well-Women services and empowering them with health information. Prior to this role, Debbie was the Treatment Navigator/Case Manager, facilitating women's journeys through the healthcare system post-diagnosis. From 1990 to 2008, Debbie worked at Metro East Orthopedics Consultant, developing skills in both front and back office operations, while also managing surgical procedures and employee training. Additionally, as Office Manager for Willie Brown, DPM, from 1998 to 2005, Debbie handled payroll, tax preparation, and account receivable functions. Debbie holds a degree in Human Services Management and a Master’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Phoenix.
