Larry McCulley

Larry McCulley serves as the President and CEO of Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation and Touchette Regional Hospital since February 2009. In addition, Larry has held the position of President at Touchette Elderly Apartments since 2010. Prior to these roles, Larry was the COO of Southern Illinois Health Care Foundation from March 1997 until February 2009. Larry holds a degree from Eastern Illinois University.
