Tyler Mode is an experienced IT professional who has worked in various roles such as Tier 3 Systems Engineer, IT Systems Administrator II, and Tier 2 Remote System Administrator. Tyler has extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows servers and workstations, as well as designing and maintaining backup and recovery operations. Tyler has also worked on projects involving HIPAA/PHI/PII protection, AWS backup replication, and SCCM infrastructure engineering. With a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technologies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Tyler has a strong background in IT and a proven track record of effective problem-solving and project management skills.
