Fatimah Mustapha

Fatimah Mustapha has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and change management roles. Fatimah is currently working as a SAP Project Manager - S/4HANA at Touchlight. Prior to that, they worked as a SAP Project Manager at Cognizant from November 2020 to December 2021.

Before that, Fatimah worked at Ramsay Health Care as a SAP Project Manager - S/4HANA from November 2018 to July 2020. In this role, they developed and implemented strategies to improve the delivery of SAP S/4 HANA ERP, collaborated with diverse teams, and managed gap analysis and scope signoff.

From 2012 to 2018, they worked at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH as a Project Manager, overseeing the development and deployment of a multi-million-dollar SAP ERP system. Fatimah also provided strategic planning, project scoping, and budget management.

Fatimah also gained experience at Suncor Energy as a Change Analyst from August 2010 to September 2011, where they planned and deployed service and system changes. Fatimah then worked at Centrica Energy as a Change Manager from May 2006 to May 2008, planning product deployment and liaising with clients.

Earlier in their career, Fatimah worked at Xerox as a Service Delivery specialist from November 2005 to May 2006. In this role, they focused on increasing sales through innovative IT processes and ensuring quality service delivery.

Fatimah Mustapha completed their Bachelor of Arts in Hons History at the University of Ibadan. Their education at the University of East London Graduate School was dedicated to obtaining a Master of Arts in Business Information Systems. Fatimah also pursued further education, earning a Master's degree in Psychology from Coventry University. In addition to their academic achievements, Fatimah obtained certifications in Prince 2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2014 and CSM from Scrum Alliance in February 2018.
