Riya Patel

Riya Patel has work experience as a Programme Manager at Touchlight since March 2020. In this role, they serve as the primary client contact, establishes positive client relationships, and ensures contractual agreements are in place. Riya also manages project flow from initiation to closeout, communicates customer specifications and requirements to all stakeholders, and coordinates team efforts.

Prior to this, Riya worked at Eurofins from January 2018 to March 2020 as a Senior Analyst. Riya acted as a senior analyst on development, validation, and sample analysis for a CRO in a GxP regulatory environment. Riya'sresponsibilities included conducting various assays using techniques such as ELISA, ECL, Cell based assays, and SPR(Biacore) for PK, immunogenicity, characterization, and biomarker assays. Riya also communicated with clients, worked to their needs and deadlines, wrote plans, reports, analytical methods, SOPs, performed instrument metrology, and played a role as a pipette administrator.

Riya Patel pursued their education at the University of Kent, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology and Bioengineering from the same university, which spanned from 2016 to 2017.
