April Armstrong MMIS has a work experience spanning several companies. April started their career in 2000 at DST Systems as a Client Relations Specialist, where they facilitated positive interaction with both internal and external clients. April took the lead on complex client requests, resolving issues, and was responsible for system upgrades and new enhancements. In 2007, April joined Perceptive Software as a Project Manager, handling upgrade services. April created and maintained project documentation, managed customer-related upgrades, and built strong internal relationships with various departments. In 2014, they moved to TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. as an Implementation Project Manager. Here, they planned, initiated, and managed software implementation and upgrade projects, serving as a liaison between business and internal resources, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards were met. April communicated regularly and frequently to all necessary parties regarding progress.

April Armstrong MMIS obtained their Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Friends University in 2003. Prior to that, they received their Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University, which they completed between 1994 and 1999.
