Ciera Headley

Ciera Headley has a diverse work experience. From 2019 to the present, they have worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they were a Test Analyst at Cerner Corporation. In this role, they created and maintained manual and automated testing processes, collaborated with various stakeholders, logged defects, and served as a solution expert. Before joining Cerner Corporation, from 2014 to 2016, they worked at the University of Iowa as an Information Technology Consultant and a Software Developer. In these roles, they assisted in troubleshooting networking issues, completed software projects, trained others, managed and maintained a website, and developed and debugged code using various programming languages.
