Dirk Bravence has a diverse work experience in various industries. Dirk began their career in 1998 as an Account Executive at Xerox; Engineering Systems and worked there until 2001. In 2001, they joined TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager, where they played a crucial role in designing and implementing integrated technology solutions for colleges and universities. In 2019, Dirk Bravence briefly worked as the Vice President of Higher Education Development at Graduation Alliance.

Dirk Bravence obtained their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Kansas, where they studied between 1984 and 1989. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Empathy for Sales Professionals" and "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls," both from LinkedIn, in April 2020.
