Grant Unruh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as Technology Chairman/Secretary for FarmHouse Fraternity, where they conducted troubleshooting on Macs and PCs and gathered data for analysis. In 2013, they worked as a Programmer/Web Design at Building Controls & Integration, Inc., focusing on the conversion of a website to an iPad platform and learning coding languages. Grant then interned at Phillips 66 in 2014 and 2015 as an IT Intern, where they worked on backup documentation, automated reporting processes, and gained experience in coding languages. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at Netsmart Technologies, developing and maintaining their interoperability engine and leading integration efforts with 3rd party vendors. In 2020, Grant joined TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. as a Software Engineer.
Grant Unruh attended Kansas State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
