Shanna Leak

Shanna Leak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2022, they are currently working as a Software Implementation Project Manager at TouchNet, A Global Payments Company. In this role, they oversee software implementation and upgrade projects, coordinating efforts between client resources and internal teams. Shanna ensures project deadlines and quality standards are met and manages communication with clients.

Prior to this, Shanna worked as a Consultant for Small Businesses (part-time) at Legacy Professional Consultant from 2014 onwards. Shanna transformed the customer experience and improved data quality.

At Andrews University, Shanna also served as the Director of Undergrad Admissions and Communication, where they influenced investment decisions for system improvements, researched and tested CRM software solutions, and led the admissions process to increase applications.

Furthermore, they worked as the Supervisor of Enrollment Information Services, managing data-entry, tele-counseling, recruitment initiatives, and marketing materials inventory. Shanna also assisted the Director of Strategic Marketing and supervised student assistants.
