Suzanne Bagley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Suzanne started their career as an intern at Purelogix/Westar Corp, where they performed system tests on the Force Provider Management Information System for the U.S. Army. Suzanne then worked at Cerner Corporation as a Software Engineer, where they developed and led software projects for clinical applications in hospitals and clinics.

After that, Suzanne joined Pegasus Communication Solutions Inc as an Operations and Project Manager. In this role, they managed operations for a hosted PBX and VoIP solutions provider, supervised teams, and trained new hires. Suzanne also served as a Client Relations Manager, where they built relationships with clients.

Next, Suzanne worked at Mary Kay Cosmetics as an Independent Beauty Consultant, providing consulting services to clients. Suzanne then joined TouchNet Information Systems, Inc as a Software Support Analyst, providing support to domestic and international schools using the company's web-based application. Suzanne later became a Software Configuration Analyst, where they maintained and improved the configuration management of complex systems, specializing in higher education institution campus eCommerce automation and integration. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Software Configuration Analyst at TouchNet.

Suzanne Bagley has a strong educational background in the field of computer science and computer engineering. From 1999 to 2003, they attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and another Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, Suzanne went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing their program in 2005.
