Karina Montes has a long and varied work experience. Karina began their career in 2002 as a Food Service Manager at Snorting Elk - Alpinne Inn Hotel. In 2008, they moved to The Sanctuary House Hotel as a Receptionist and Waitress. In 2012, they began working for Southwark Council as a Community Engagement Worker and for the Latin American Women's Rights Service as a Wider Opportunities Worker. In 2013, they became the Founder of BRILLA PERU and a Professional Assistant in Human Resources at Hospital Nacional Cayetano Heredia, where they searched, studied and selected programs and courses for employees in different countries. Finally, they also worked as an Administrative/Developer at Touchnote Ltd.
