Sophie Herbert has held multiple roles in the marketing and CRM sector since 2014. Sophie began their career as a Senior Marketing Executive at Village England, a luxury handbag retailer, where they were responsible for day-to-day social media, email campaigns and writing the company lifestyle blogs. In 2018, they moved to Encore Tickets Limited where they served as a CRM Executive, planning and delivering the day-to-day B2C email marketing calendar for three core brands of Encore Tickets, west end theatre ticket e-commerce agent, managing the customer database segmentation, planning and implementing the CRM A/B testing schedule, and reporting weekly on campaign results and key learnings. In 2019, they took on the role of CRM Executive - Triggers and Personalisation at Photobox. Currently, they are a Senior Retention Manager at TouchNote and a CRM Manager at Contrado.
