Maureen Flannigan

Maureen Flannigan, PMP, has extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at TouchPoint since 2021, Flannigan's prior roles include Co-Owner at Greenside Fundraising, where responsibilities included business strategy, client and vendor management, and sales. Flannigan's consultancy background includes IT consulting with a focus on project management and process improvement from 2013 to 2018. Previous positions also include Sr. IT Manager at United Fidelity, Sr. Director of Information Systems at Ticketmaster Entertainment, and Support Center Director at Ticketmaster. Early career experience was gained as Support Center Manager at Citysearch. Flannigan holds a BA in History from the University of Virginia and is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Academy.
