Ralph Ulisse

Ralph Ulisse is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy and corporate development, currently serving as the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development at TouchPoint, Inc. since February 2022. Ralph has been with Southco, Inc. since June 1995, holding various leadership positions including VP of Strategy Development & Acquisitions, Managing Director for the Americas, and General Manager of the Transportation SBU. Prior to Southco, Ralph worked as a Design Engineer at Ford Motor Company from February 1993 to June 1995. Ralph holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, earned in 1992 and 1990, respectively.
