Cash Hilmer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cash started their career in 1989 as a Sales Associate at Mount Vernon Commercial Real Estate, where they focused on commercial and multi-family investment real estate. Cash received a certificate for completing all CCIM courses during their time there. In 1991, they became the Owner of The Registry, a company that provided credit reports and landlord tenant court records for residential applicant screenings. Cash successfully grew the market share until the company was sold in 1995.
After that, Cash joined First American Registry as a Regional VP - Southeast from 1995 to 2001. In this role, they oversaw operations and business development in the Southeast region.
In 2001, Cash became the Owner of Moe's Southwest Grill, where they served as a franchisee and opened the fourth store in the history of the franchise. Cash held this role until 2006.
Finally, in 2009, Cash joined TouchRate as the Vice-President of Business Development, a role they still hold. This position involves spearheading business development initiatives for the company.
Cash Hilmer earned a High School Diploma from Severn School between 1977 and 1983. Cash then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1983 to 1987.
