Yousaf H. Eashai is the current CEO at Touchstone Communications. Prior to this role, Yousaf served as the Head of Call Center at 360 Technologies from November 2014 to December 2015. In this role, Yousaf was responsible for managing a team of thirty back office support agents who were responsible for sales, retention, customer care, accounts management and upgrades.
