Javier Rubio

Javier Rubio is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in leadership roles in prestigious dining establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Touchstone Golf since December 2019, Javier previously held the same title at Mission Bay Yacht Club from November 2014 to December 2019. Earlier in their career, Javier was the Executive Sous Chef at San Diego Yacht Club from 2004 to November 2014 and worked as Executive Chef at JB Catering Inc. from July 2000 to May 2004. Javier Rubio is an alumnus of Southwestern College.
