Karolina Maria Burghardt

Karolina Maria Burghardt is a dedicated pediatric associate with extensive experience at Brockville General Hospital and the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario since 2016. In addition to clinical roles, Burghardt serves as a physician educator for both the Medical Council of Canada and Touchstone Institute. Prior experience includes a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at the Hospital for Sick Children and a position in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa, as well as specialized training in Pediatric Gastroenterology from the University of Toronto.
