Standardized Patient at Touchstone Institute

Maddox Campbell is a seasoned actor and simulation professional with extensive experience in various roles since 2009. Currently a Simulation Actor at CAMH since October 2018, Maddox specializes in simulating high-intensity scenarios to assist staff in training for de-escalation techniques and emergency procedures. As a Standardized Patient for both the University of Toronto and Touchstone Institute, Maddox effectively portrays realistic patients for healthcare assessments. Additional roles include providing training as a Simulation Actor at Ryerson University's Interpersonal Skills Training Centre and mentoring young students in coding and robotics at MakerKids. Previous experience includes stage management at The Social Capital, serving as a tour guide for WalkTO, and working as a Brand Ambassador for Influence Marketing. Maddox holds a Bachelor's degree in English (Theatre) and Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick, complemented by training at The Second City.
