Nicole Beben's work experience begins in 2000 when they worked at The Hospital for Sick Children. Nicole held roles as Manager of Health Promotion Programs and Specialist in Injury Prevention Programs. Some of their responsibilities included advising on communication and public relations programs, managing corporate sponsorships, and analyzing research for behavior change initiatives.

In 2006, Nicole joined TELUS as a Senior Manager of Community Affairs. Nicole'sduties included strategic planning for community investment partnerships, managing program-related public relations, and leading teams to leverage sponsorship and community initiatives.

From 2008 to 2014, Nicole worked at Saint Elizabeth Health Care, first as Executive Director of the Care to Know Centre and later as Vice President of Knowledge Programs. In these roles, they oversaw strategic planning, program development, and stakeholder engagement to enhance relationships and create new opportunities.

Nicole then joined the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer in 2014 as the Vice President of Strategy. Nicole'sresponsibilities included refreshing the Canadian Strategy for Cancer Control, overseeing the organizational strategic plan, and monitoring performance of strategic investments.

Most recently, in 2019, Nicole became the Managing Partner and Business Development lead at Walterhouse Realty Group. Nicole'sfocus was on strategy development, operational processes, and talent management to generate business and achieve targets.

In addition to their previous experiences, Nicole's future work includes a role as CEO at Touchstone Institute starting in 2023.

Nicole Beben's education history includes obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Guelph from 1993 to 1997. In 1998, they pursued a Master of Arts degree with a course work focus in Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Victoria, which they completed in 2001.

In 2003, Nicole attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they studied Health Promotion and Communication. The duration for this program is not stated.
