Andrew Backen

Andrew Backen has extensive experience in leadership and sales, currently serving as President at Touchstone since October 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing the staffing, development, management, and performance of revenue-generating associates. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Sr. Account Executive at Aerotek from 1998 to 2006, focusing on contract engineering staffing services for major manufacturers in southwest Ohio. Andrew's career began as a Professional Athlete with the Memphis Riverkings in 1996-1997. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Miami University, completed in 1996.
