Nicolas V. currently serves as the Managing Director of the Engineering and Software Applications Business Unit at Toulouse Tech Transfer since December 2024. Prior to this role, Nicolas V. was the Team Lead for Power Electronics at Gamma Technologies from July 2021 to November 2024, and before that, served as the President and CEO of Power Design Technologies SA until its acquisition by Gamma Technologies. Nicolas V. has a strong academic background, holding a PhD from Toulouse INP and various degrees from prestigious institutions, including HEC Paris, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale. Additional experience includes postdoctoral research at LAAS-CNRS and roles in regional defense initiatives.

Toulouse Tech Transfer
Société d'Accélération du Transfert de Technologies (SATT) de Midi-Pyrénées SAS, créée dans le cadre du programme des investissements d’avenir (cf. http://www.agence-nationale-recherche.fr/investissementsdavenir/AAP-SATT-2010.html), Toulouse Tech Transfer a vocation à être l’interlocuteur unique du transfert de technologies issues de la recherche publique sur son territoire. Elle a pour mission première d’assurer la maturation et la mise sur le marché de ces technologies. Dans ce but, ses actionnaires lui confient la gestion et l’exploitation de leur propriété intellectuelle. Dotée d’une capacité d’investissement que l’Etat a voulu importante, au profit de la recherche publique, TTT peut aussi intervenir en collaboration avec des entreprises, ou en prestation de services.
