Georgianna W. Oliver

Georgianna W. Oliver has extensive experience in the real estate and technology industry. Georgianna W. is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Tour24, a platform for self-guided tours that incorporates audio and visual support. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager and Vice President at Gibraltar Industries.

Georgianna also founded Package Concierge, Inc., where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. This company developed a digital locker solution to address package management in multifamily and student housing communities.

Before their role at Package Concierge, they worked as a Senior Vice President at RealPage, Inc. and founded EverGreen Solutions, a technology consulting firm that was later acquired by RealPage Inc.

Earlier in their career, Georgianna held various positions, including Vice President at Metro Commercial Real Estate, Government Relations at NAHMA - The National Affordable Housing Management Association, and Legislative Assistant at the U.S. House of Representatives.

Georgianna W. Oliver attended Oklahoma State University from 1987 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
