Jay Dowell is an experienced voice talent and audio producer with a career spanning over two decades, beginning in March 2000 with TourDesign Creative. Dowell has since established Jay Dowell Voiceovers in March 2003 and currently works as a voice over artist at InnoVision Talent Agency since October 2023. The role includes producing and voicing audio for radio and television commercials, specifically for major label touring artists. In addition to ongoing projects with various agencies, Dowell completed a degree in Audio Engineering at The Recording Workshop in 2000 and holds a diploma in General Studies from Brownsburg High School, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
