Hjörtur Atli Guðmundsson Geirdal has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Hjörtur Atli started their career as a Fisherman/Sales and Marketing Manager at Sælind ehf in 2005, where they gained extensive knowledge about different aspects of fishing and held various roles on fishing vessels. In 2012, they co-founded What's On in Iceland and served as the Manager. Simultaneously, they became the Managing Director of My Destination Reykjavik and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of www.mydestination.com/reykjavik. In 2015, Hjörtur Atli became the CEO and Co-Owner of TourDesk. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a dedication to their roles.

Hjörtur Atli Guðmundsson Geirdal completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Háskóli Íslands, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Marketing Management at the International University of Southern Europe from 2011 to 2012.
