Jean-Francois Houzeaux

Jean-Francois Houzeaux is an experienced Enterprise Architect and Functional Analyst, currently working at Touring since June 1997. With a strong background in roadside and medical assistance services, Jean-Francois has contributed to various aspects of the Front-Office Department, including CRM and national dispatching software conception for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C departments. Previous experience includes a role as an Analyst-Programmer at Sylis from July 1992 to December 2001, focusing on mini systems to IBM systems using RPG and Natural Adabas. Jean-Francois holds a DUT in Informatique de Gestion from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
