Erik Evjen is currently an Executive Vice President and Director of Data Analytics & Insights at Tourism Economics. Prior to this, Erik held the position of Director of Research at the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau and Hotel Program Director at Visit Philadelphia™. With a background in hospitality administration/management from Boston University, Erik also has experience in sales and hotel operation roles at companies like 24Seven Technology Group ASA, Thon Hotel Opera, and Kimpton Hotels. Throughout their career, Erik has focused on providing customized data analysis and visualization tools to assist destinations with sales strategy, market tracking, and performance analysis.
