Chad Eastgate

Chad Eastgate is an experienced Event Manager at Tourism Fiji since April 2015, focusing on the planning and organization of corporate and business events, as well as managing a competitive Event Investment Funding program. Previously, Chad served as an Event Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating business events and evaluating funding support applications. Chad's prior experience includes roles as a Waiter/Butler at Grand Pacific Hotel, contributing to the development of standard operating procedures for Butler Service and ensuring personalized guest service, and as a Corporate Trainee at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts with a primary focus on restaurant management. Chad's career began as an intern at Marsh. Chad holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Public Administration and a Certificate of Foundation in Social Science, Tourism, and Travel Services Management from the University of the South Pacific.
