Nina Zacek Konsa is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel operations and guest experience. Since October 2017, Nina has served as a Partner, VP Operations, and General Manager at TOURISTS, a lifestyle hotel in North Adams, Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Nina held the position of Director, Guest Experience at The Standard Hotels, where innovative design and service were paramount. With a background in sustainable business practices as National Sales Manager at Yellow 108 and leadership development at Whole Foods Market, Nina's diverse expertise includes event production, hospitality management, and marketing. Nina also has experience in various roles within the hospitality and music festival industries, supported by a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and a completion of the Data Analysis Circuit at General Assembly.

TOURISTS
TOURISTS is a new hotel in North Adams, Mass., a resurgent city in the Northern Berkshires and a trailhead for New England’s history, art, food, music and exploration. The 48-room property is an artful union of design and nature, home to woodland trails, riverbank vistas and sculptural installations. TOURISTS’ name is drawn from the history of the Mohawk Trail, America’s first scenic byway and the road on which the hotel now sits. When the route first opened in 1914, local restaurants, shops, attractions and inns along the road promoted themselves to travelers by hanging a sign bearing the single word “TOURISTS.”
