Roland Koecher

Roland Koecher has extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly within the oil and gas sector, accumulating over 45 years of practical field experience. Currently serving as a Construction Supervisor at Tourmaline Oil Corp since 2013, Roland is responsible for overseeing construction projects. Previously, Roland held the position of Construction Field Superintendent at Nexen Inc. from 2008 to 2013, where the role involved organizing and coordinating the construction of drilling pads and core sites. Additionally, Roland worked as a Construction Supervisor at Duvernay from 2005 to 2007, supervising oilfield road and lease construction and reclamation projects.
