Marian Stoltz-Loike

Marian Stoltz-Loike is currently the VP of Online Education and Dean of Lander College for Women at Touro College. Marian has over twenty years of experience in business leadership positions.

Marian started their career at Windham International where they were Vice President. In this role, they created a strategic plan for a global partnership representing over 60 countries. The goal of the partnership was to train business leaders at Fortune 500 companies to understand and develop strategic business solutions in response to the impact of cross-cultural issues on business operations. Marian developed a cross-cultural training tool to enable clients to analyze cultural components of business operation in different countries and how that influences the way local business people interact with clients and colleagues so that they could be more effective as business leaders on international assignments.

After Windham International, Marian became the CEO of SeniorThinking LLC, a company that provided consulting services to senior leaders at global Fortune 500 companies focusing on human resources issues, including generational diversity and work /life. In this role, Marian conducted focus groups and developed surveys that informed corporate strategy at client companies.

Most recently, Marian has taken on the role of VP of Online Education and Dean of Lander College for Women at Touro College. In this role, they are responsible for the development and growth of online education programs as well as the management of the Lander College for Women campus.

Marian Stoltz-Loike began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Relations from Harvard University. Marian then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental Psychology from New York University.

They work with Paul Glasser - VP of Institutional Advancement, Nadja Graff - VP, Division of Graduate Studies, and Matthew F. Bonilla - VP of Student Administrative Services. Marian Stoltz-Loike reports to Alan Kadish, President.
