Jovana Trivan

Jovana Trivan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Jovana currently works at TourRadar as a Business Development Coordinator, where they are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and providing ongoing support to tour operators. Jovana'stasks include streamlining customer support workflows, working on marketing campaigns, and monitoring the digital presence and growth of operators.

Prior to joining TourRadar, Jovana worked at EF Education First as a Tour Director. In this role, they coordinated educational excursions for over 360 students from North America. Jovana achieved an excellent Net Promoter Score and maintained group dynamics while delivering educational, cultural, and historical narratives using hands-on learning methods.

Jovana also has experience as a Shop Employee at MTEL Austria and as a Marketing Assistant at tabtag, a start-up company. In addition, they worked as a Freelance Non-Profit Administrative Assistant, supporting the realization of various projects for local Non-Governmental organizations in Austria and international networks.

Furthermore, Jovana served as an Event Assistant at imHinterhaus and held multiple roles at Youth for Exchange and Understanding (YEU), including Governing Board member, Junior trainer, and News Editor. Jovana contributed to capacity building, communication and support of member organizations, production of newsletters, realization of yearly working plans, and network representation.

Jovana also served as a Board Member at Cerebra (Charity), a Focal Point in Charge and Peer Educator at Y-PEER, and held various roles at UG Zdravo da ste, including Facilitator, Project Assistant, and Project Coordinator.

Jovana Trivan's education history begins with their high school education at the High School of Economics from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on subjects such as Economy, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Univerzitetski preduzetnički centar Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci, attending from 2012 to 2014.

Subsequently, Jovana Trivan continued their education and obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Sociology, from the University of Vienna. Jovana studied at the University of Vienna from 2015 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Jovana Trivan has obtained several certifications. Jovana gained expertise in high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma through a course offered by Coursera | Google, which they completed in August 2021. Similarly, they completed courses in building wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes, conducting UX research and testing early concepts, starting the UX design process, and the foundations of User Experience (UX) design, all offered by Coursera | Google, which they finished between April and June 2021. Moreover, Jovana Trivan obtained a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification from ITT International TEFL and TESOL in April 2021. Additionally, they earned an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 72 out of 100, indicating C2 Proficiency, in May 2021.
