Paul Murphy has extensive work experience in the field of supply chain and operations. Paul began their career at Pizza Hut UK & Ireland as a Duty Manager from September 1996 to November 1998. Paul then joined Greencore in 1998 and held various roles including Commercial Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Goods In Manager, Low Risk Manager, and Logistics Operations & CI Manager. At Greencore, they managed logistics operations, supply chain, goods in, despatch, and continuous improvement at a food manufacturing site. In 2017, Paul joined Tourvest Retail Services and worked in roles such as Operations Manager, Operations Controller, Head of Operations Europe, and currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain & Operations Global since June 2021.

Paul Murphy attended Gunnersbury School from 1988 to 1995, where they obtained nine GCSE's. Paul then went on to West Thames College from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a GNVQ Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. From 1996 to 1997, Paul studied at Richmond upon Thames College, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
