Yunus Abderoef

Yunus Abderoef currently serves as a Data Manager at Tourvest Retail Services since August 2023. Prior to this role, Yunus was employed at Rand Water from June 2010 to July 2023 as a Business Intelligence Technical Team Lead, where responsibilities included maintaining the Business Intelligence Data Warehouse, compiling technical designs, and managing system migration. Yunus also worked as a Business Analyst at The IQ Business Group (Pty) Ltd from January 2007 to June 2010, contributing to various projects for clients such as Standard Bank, ABSA, and The South African Post Office. Yunus began a career in higher education as a Materials Development Co-ordinator at the University of the Western Cape from July 2005 to December 2006. Academically, Yunus holds a Bcom Hons in IT Management Cum Laude from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape.
