Rachel Blodgett

Rachel Blodgett, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at Tousley Motorsports, a role occupied since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Crew Coach at Craft & Crew Hospitality from November 2019 to February 2024, where additional responsibilities included hosting a Food Expo. Rachel held a board member position at Serving Those Serving from March 2020 to August 2021, acting as Secretary of the Board and contributing to various board activities. Previous roles encompass a Human Resources Intern position, managing various administrative tasks, and several positions within QUESTAR CAPITAL CORP and Wells Fargo, beginning as a Sales Associate and advancing to Account Specialist. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and a degree in General Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Minneapolis College.
