Alexis Guyard

Alexis Guyard has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a franchisé at Tout & Bon since February 2018, where responsibilities include the opening and development of the Rennes location. Simultaneously, Alexis holds the position of Dirigeant at WASP inv since February 2018. Prior experience includes managing the Sushi Shop unit in Rennes Mairie from September 2011 to January 2018, overseeing 35 employees and achieving a turnover of €1.8 million, along with supervisory roles within the Sushi Grand Ouest network. Earlier in the career, Alexis worked as a polyvalent restaurant employee at E. Leclerc from June 2010 to January 2011. Educational qualifications include a Baccalauréat in Économie from Lycée Julliot de la Morandière, completed in 2008.
