Tom Quail is a seasoned legal and change management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Lockton, Tom leads change management initiatives for multiple projects while developing tailored management plans. Tom has a strong legal background, having held roles such as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Nesco Resource, where oversight included compliance, risk management, and litigation strategies. Previous positions include roles at Tradesmen International, Wiedner & McAuliffe, Ltd., and the Illinois Attorney General's Office. Tom holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts & Science from Marquette University, with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law. In addition to professional roles, Tom actively volunteers with organizations such as Towards Employment and Ronald McDonald House Charities, and serves on the board of Legal Works.
